Never resrict yourself to one department...you can find great looks anywhere...even the (gasp) mens department. Case in point, this super cute Scotch & Soda mens top. It retails for $120.00, but I got it on the clearance rack for $35.99...a steal. Pair it with leggings and cute boots, and VOILA!!!! Tres chic...
